Please read these terms carefully before using the bijji platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on bijji, the following conditions must be met:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • Each individual may create only one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
  • The user must provide their real name, date of birth, and contact details.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bijji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Documents such as a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be held pending until identity verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. bijji will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bijji supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and account tier. bijji reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
  • Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
  • The withdrawal method must generally match the deposit method used.
In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, bijji reserves the right to hold withdrawals and investigate the account. The account balance may be temporarily frozen during the investigation.

3.4 Currency Policy

All transactions on bijji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be applied automatically, and that exchange rate will be determined by bijji.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bijji offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

  • A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim the bonus.
  • A wagering requirement of 10 (ten) times the total amount including the bonus must be completed.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit.
  • Claiming this bonus more than once by the same person, from the same device, or from the same IP is prohibited.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on bijji:

  • Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements are met.
  • Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • bijji reserves the right to cancel a bonus and withhold any winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
  • Any bonus offer may be changed or withdrawn by bijji at any time.

Gaming Rules and Fairness

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bijji is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency across all games. User Code of Conduct

The following activities are completely prohibited while using the bijji platform:

  • Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent or dishonest means.
  • Attempting to influence game outcomes using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technology.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to access or collect another user's account information.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bijji's systems or network.
  • Spreading harmful code or viruses with the intent to disrupt platform services.
  • Attempting to gain bonus benefits through multiple accounts.

bijji reserves the right to immediately close the account, seize the balance, and take legal action if necessary against anyone involved in any of the above activities.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by bijji

bijji may temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
  • Evidence of account use by a minor.
  • Attempting to exploit system or game vulnerabilities.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. For any issues related to a remaining balance after account closure, users must contact us within 30 (thirty) days.
